Purchasing and shipping options
Most items are available for immediate delivery. All in-stock orders received by 12 PM EET are generally processed and shipped the same day.

Delivered by UPS Standard or priority airmail. Delivery time about 5 working days.
Please note that credit card payments are always very welcome but we do not deliver to a different shipping address than the credit card owner's!
All purchasing processes are secured by the industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption. During the purchasing process we need to collect contact information, which will be saved to database. We do not collect any credit card information, as the payment is processed by the credit card company. We do not disclose our customers personal information to third parties.
B-Band UST and AST pickups use a unique sensor technology and will only work with B-Band preamps.

Returns policy
We will accept returns for products purchased at https://shop.b-band.com within 15 days from receiving the goods. Please provide your reason for the return in writing and place it in your return package.
You must either email (sales@b-band.com) or call us (+358-14-332-9050) before returning any products. Please remember to provide us your order number (you can find it in the email that was sent to you).
All returned products must be unused, in original undamaged packaging. Package must be returned in damage resistant packaging stuffed with generous amounts of cushion. Customer will not be refunded shipping or insurance costs, and additionally, return shipping charges, including insurance, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return/replacement is because of a B-Band Ltd fault.
Returns which are because of damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same or comparable item and will be shipped to you free of charge, and there will be no restocking fee incurred. All other return/replacements are subject to normal charges.
Limited warranty
WARRANTY PERIOD IS 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. DURING THIS TIME, B-BAND WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE FAULTY PRODUCT AT THEIR DISCRETION. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PARTS THAT WEAR OUT NORMALLY, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGE DUE TO MISUSE, ACCIDENT, OR NEGLET. THE RIGHT TO MAKE SUCH DETERMINATION IS RETAINED BY B-BAND. ANY SUCH DETERMINATION WILL BE DONE AT THE FACTORY. THIS WARRANTY REMAINS VALID ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN MODIFIED AND IT IS RETURNED PREPAID AND PROPERLY PACKED TO THE DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR OR MANUFACTURER. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER INDICATING WHERE AND WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED, SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE PRODUCT. DETAILED FAULT DESCRIPTION, CUSTOMER'S NAME AND COMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS MUST ALSO BE SENT.
